Spire Edinburgh Hospitals have recently opened an Endometriosis Clinic at Spire Shawfair Park Hospital.

Endometriosis is one of the commonest causes of pelvic pain in women. There are 1.5 million women who suffer from endometriosis in the UK, which equates to 1 in 10 women of reproductive age. Endometriosis is difficult to diagnose and treat; for this reason we have set up a BSGE Aspiring Endometriosis Centre at Spire Edinburgh Hospitals. Find out more here.

We're hosting a unique event to give members of the public an opportunity to hear more about pelvic pain and endometriosis treatments. We're delighted to be joined by Consultant Gynaecologist, Dr Paul Dewart who is an expert in this field.

The presentation will last approximately 40 minutes with ample opportunity to ask any questions you may have thereafter.
