MBBS MS FRCSEng(Plast)
I am a Consultant Plastic Surgeon with over 25 years of experience and have performed more than 1,000 breast procedures. I offer breast implant removal, implant exchange, breast reduction, and mastopexy (breast uplift), helping my patients achieve natural, balanced results that enhance comfort, confidence and wellbeing.
My patients consistently describe their experience as positive, highlighting clear communication, supportive care and natural results. I have received excellent reviews on TopDoctors, reflecting their confidence and satisfaction with my approach.
I obtained my primary medical degree from the University of Delhi, where I was ranked 1st nationally in the Indian Postgraduate Entrance Exam. I completed my plastic surgery training in London as part of the Pan Thames programme, gaining wide experience in breast and plastic surgery. My training was complemented by two prestigious fellowships — the microsurgery fellowship at The Royal Marsden Hospital and the National TIG (Training Interface Group) Fellowship in Breast Cancer.
Innovation has been a strong part of my practice. At Barts Health, I have introduced reconstructive techniques that have helped some women avoid mastectomy and enabled others to have reconstruction where it was previously not possible. I have also invented a new surgical device designed to make circular incisions more reliable and consistent. I am part of the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme (Cohort 9), which supports innovation within the NHS.
Alongside my clinical work, I regularly present and publish at national meetings and journals, and I am the clinical tutor for Year 5 medical students in breast surgery
I am on the GMC Specialist Register for Plastic Surgery and a member of BAAPS (British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery) and ABS (Association of Breast Surgery), reflecting my commitment to excellence, safety and continuous improvement.
At Spire London East Hospital, I provide thorough consultations for patients considering implant removal or exchange, whether for capsular contracture, rupture, discomfort or aesthetic refinement, breast reduction, mastopexy and asymmetry correction, inverted nipple correction, and offer abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and upper eyelid lift (blepharoplasty) to enhance body contour and facial appearance.
My approach is calm, clear and supportive. I take time to listen, explain all options carefully, and guide each patient toward safe, evidence-based decisions that align with their personal goals.
