Bsc(Hons)
As a Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, I am fully qualified in assessing and treating a wide range of urinary and bowel dysfunctions in women. I provide expert support for those experiencing pelvic floor weakness, incontinence, prolapse symptoms, or ongoing postnatal issues.
My approach combines evidence‑based assessment with personalised treatment plans to help improve pelvic floor strength, confidence, and overall wellbeing.
I offer a range of specialist pelvic health physiotherapy treatments, including; pelvic floor exercises designed to build strength and improve bladder and bowel control, Biofeedback therapy to help patients understand and correctly activate pelvic floor muscles, electrical stimulation, where appropriate, to encourage muscle activation and lifestyle guidance and rehabilitation strategies tailored to patients and their daily routines.
I have been running a dedicated pelvic health clinic since completing my specialist training and have supported many women in successfully improving their pelvic floor symptoms through targeted exercise and professional advice. Alongside this service, I also work as an inpatient physiotherapist within the hospital.

I also enjoy making soaps for family and friends. If given any opportunity I will be doing a craft or gardening.
