I grew up in London and studied at Imperial College School of Medicine, qualifying in 2011.
I completed both my basic and higher surgical training in Kent, Surrey and Sussex, completing my Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons with a specialist interest in Trauma and Orthopaedics in 2021.
Following this I completed 2 years of upper limb and trauma fellowships in Adelaide, Australia and King's College Hospital, London. I completed my Diploma in Hand Surgery in 2023 and I have been a consultant at University Hospitals Sussex in Brighton since 2023.
My clinical practice encompasses all aspects of hand and wrist surgery. My particular interests are in hand and wrist trauma, wrist arthroscopy (keyhole surgery) and wide awake local anaesthetic surgery.
I am currently my hand and wrist department's lead for research, audit, education and training.
I am currently a lecturer at Brighton and Sussex Medical School and have a keen interest in research and training.
I am currently involved in the design and supervision of clinical based academic research. In the last 2 years I have published and presented research on a variety of different hand, wrist, elbow and trauma conditions.

In my spare time, I enjoy keeping fit by cycling, playing rugby and spending time with my family and two young children on the South Downs.
