I am a UK trained Orthopaedic Surgeon with specialist skills and experience in foot and ankle surgery.
I have undertaken a number of prestigious fellowships in the UK (Fortius Clinic London, Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, Southmead Hospital Bristol) and Australia (New South Wales Limb Reconstruction Centre Sydney) to develop particular expertise in sports injuries of the foot and ankle, treatments for ankle arthritis, minimally invasive foot and ankle surgery, and complex trauma.
In addition to my clinical work, I have a keen interest in research and am an honorary associate clinical professor at the University of Warwick.
I have published over 30 research papers in scientific journals and have ongoing research projects in foot and ankle surgery and trauma. I am a peer reviewer for a number of journals including The Foot, Bone and Joint Journal, and Injury.

I enjoy spending time with my wife, my two sons, and walking with my dog. I try to keep fit by running and going to the gym. I have previously run the London Marathon as well as a number of half marathons. In my younger years I represented GB in full contact karate.
