I am a consultant head and neck surgeon and otorhinolaryngologist based at Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust, I have over 15 years’ experience in treating the full spectrum of ear, nose and throat conditions, and I have a uniquely extensive subspecialist expertise in head and neck surgery.
I specialise in general ENT surgery, but I have a specific interest in the diagnosis and treatment of benign and malignant head and neck tumours. This includes mouth cancers, throat cancers, voice box cancers, cancers of the nose, head and neck skin cancers, cancerous lumps in the neck and tumours of the salivary glands.
My practice also includes lumps and cancers of the thyroid and parathyroid glands as well as reconstruction after removal of head and neck malignancies.
I have carried out more than 3,000 ENT/head and neck operations, including over 380 neck dissections, over 300 thyroid and parathyroid operations and more than 100 parotid operations. I have experience with advanced diagnostic procedures for neck lumps and minimally invasive treatment for head and neck cancers.
