Mr Charles Coldrick

Physiotherapist

BSc

I joined Spire Liverpool Hospital in January 2022 and have really enjoyed supporting patients through their recovery, particularly those with lower limb injuries. My focus is always on helping people get back to what matters most to them, whether that’s returning to sport or simply moving comfortably again in everyday life.

I trained in Physiotherapy at Sheffield Hallam University, graduating with a First Class Honours degree in 2018. I began my career within Southport and Ormskirk NHS Trust, where I gained broad experience across respiratory and acute care before specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Alongside this, I worked in private practice, treating self-referring patients and learning from highly experienced clinicians.

I later moved into a Senior MSK Physiotherapist role, working closely with consultants in a busy NHS service. During this time, I developed a particular interest in lower limb conditions, including ACL rehabilitation, and supporting patients through structured recovery programmes.

I’ve also worked within a semi-professional rugby environment, which has helped shape my understanding of the demands of sport and the importance of safe, effective return-to-play planning.

Whether you’re an athlete or simply looking to regain confidence in your movement, my aim is to provide clear guidance and tailored support every step of the way.
