MBBS MSc FRCS (Orth)
I trained at Guy's and St Thomas' Medical School in London, and subsequently undertook basic surgical training and advanced orthopaedic training in Surrey and Sussex. As part of my training I completed a year of Ilizarov frame limb reconstruction surgery at the renowned Rowley Bristow Unit (St Peter's Chertsey), and subsequently undertook a major trauma fellowship at the Royal Surrey County Hospital, Brighton.
I complemented this trauma and limb reconstruction experience with a foot and ankle fellowship at Queen Alexandra Hospital, Portsmouth. I build on this experience by visiting surgeons worldwide to share knowledge and techniques.
I have a strong interest in research, and have published on novel techniques in midfoot fusion surgery, joint infection prevention and diagnosis, and consent in foot and ankle surgery.
