I have been a qualified dietitian for three years (2022). During this time I have been working in both acute and community settings, aiding patients with complex nutritional needs. I have a keen interest it bariatrics and weight management, which I have some involvement with in the NHS setting, closely working with the surgical team to enable patients to achieve their goals.

I also have a keen interest in IBS and IBS-like conditions, my hope is always to enable patients to prevent flare ups of this condition through dietary manipulation. I also have experience in enteral feeding as well as nutrition support for patients in need of gaining/maintaining their weight for treatments and illnesses.

I work closely with Mr Khan, Consultant General Surgeon, advising weight loss surgery/ treatment patients including patents that have had the Allurion swallowable weight loss balloon.

I provide training and education at my NHS Hospital trust to nurses, doctors and healthcare assistants regarding nutrition and dietetics as part of their general training. I also provide training to dietetic students from Coventry University as part of their degree course and placements.
