I am an experienced Consultant Gastroenterologist and the Clinical Lead for Gastroenterology at University Hospital Southampton. I provide expert, compassionate, and highly personalised care for all general and complex gastrointestinal conditions.
Recognised for my specialist expertise, I frequently receive regional and national referrals. And have a particular subspecialist interest in neurogastroenterology, managing functional gut issues and complex motility disorders. Endoscopically I have received bowel-scope accreditation and skilled in performing upper and lower gastrointestinal endoscopies.
In addition to my private practice, I am one of four consultant physicians leading one of only twelve integrated intestinal failure units in the UK. I am also an elected member of the British Society of Gastroenterology (BSG) Neurogastroenterology and Clinical Services and Standards Committee.
