MBBS MRCGP Hon Lecturer UEA Med
I am an experienced General Practitioner (GP) and Menopause Specialist based near Norwich, dedicated to supporting patients through every stage of life - from children and families to women navigating perimenopause and menopause. My expertise lies in women’s health, hormone management and menopause care, helping women feel informed, balanced and confident through personalised, evidence-based treatment. I combine medical knowledge with a compassionate, whole-person approach that considers lifestyle, mental wellbeing and long-term health. My patients value my warm, collaborative manner and clear, practical advice that helps them feel understood and supported.
My work includes perimenopause and menopause assessment, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and the management of complex or early menopause cases, including those related to Premature Ovarian Insufficiency (POI). I also support women with menstrual and premenstrual concerns, contraception and broader reproductive health issues. In addition to medical treatments, I provide lifestyle and wellbeing guidance to promote long-term physical and emotional health.
I am part of the Norfolk Menopause team (www.norfolkmenopause.co.uk), where I work closely with other specialists in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure patients benefit from the latest research and best practice. Together, we review complex cases to uphold the highest standards of care.
My approach is shaped by both extensive clinical experience and continuous professional development, allowing me to deliver compassionate, up-to-date and individualised care.
I am a member of the British Menopause Society (BMS), the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG), and the Primary Care Women’s Health Forum (PCWHF). I am also completing additional training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for Menopause to better support women with the psychological aspects of menopause.
My aim is to offer a supportive, inclusive, and evidence-based service where patients feel listened to, empowered and confident in managing their health and wellbeing.

Outside of work, I live on a smallholding just outside Norwich with my husband and two daughters. I love spending time with my family, outdoors and enjoy strength training, and travelling, especially to visit my family in Sweden. I'm passionate about healthy living and good food—whether that's cooking at home or discovering new places to eat. Wild swimming and saunas, even in the colder months, helps me stay grounded, resilient, and connected to nature.
