With over 16 years of experience as a Clinical Psychologist, I have helped many people overcome struggles with their mental health. I have previously worked as a Clinical Psychologist in the NHS, but now work exclusively in independent practice specialising in adult mental health.

I regularly work with clients to tackle difficulties including depression, anxiety disorders such as panic, phobias and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma - including childhood sexual abuse and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) - low self-esteem, bereavement and anger.

I draw on a range of approaches when working with clients including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing therapy (EMDR). You will find I am approachable, warm and caring.
