I studied medicine at Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School, University of London and graduated in 1998. I then undertook post graduate medical training in London and Oxford, including a dermatology training post (SHO) at The Churchill Hospital, Oxford. I gained a distinction in the Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners exam in 2003 and although I have practiced as a GP since then, my area of interest has been dermatology. In 2014 I completed the University of Cardiff Diploma in Practical Dermatology, passing with distinction.

I now work as a tutor in dermatology for the University of Cardiff. I work closely alongside Associate Professor Michael Ardern-Jones at the Spire Southampton as a Dermatology Assistant.
