I specialise in paediatric gastroenterology and see conditions including abdominal pain, constipation, loose stools, vomiting/reflux symptoms, growth issues, coeliac disease, food intolerance.

Apart from paediatric gastroenterology issues, I also look after patients with general paediatric conditions such as chronic cough, headache or any other paediatric conditions. I would undertake a thorough assessment of children using the medical, psychological, social approach and will arrange suitable investigations where appropriate to arrive at a suitable diagnosis. I will also offer treatment options after the consultation and investigations.

I would offer medical management as appropriate.

I am the clinical lead for paediatric gastroenterology at University Hospital of Coventry and Warwickshire. I have been working in Coventry since 2018. I started working in Paediatrics in 2008.

I started working in paediatrics in 2008. I joined as a consultant in University Hospital of Coventry in 2018. 

 

I am a member of Royal College of paediatrics and child health. I am also the CSAC for RCPCH Paefiatric Gastro SPIN training. In addition, I am a member of the British Society of paediatric gastroenterology, hepatology and nutrition. I was appointed as BSPGHAN Peghan chair in 2024.

I am also part of the national Eosinophilic Oesophagitis working group. I am qualified as an European Paediatric life support instructor.
