Dr Hayley McKenzie

Consultant Medical Oncologist

MA MBBS MRCP PhD

"Working at the Spire allows me to provide exemplary cancer care with a truly patient-centered approach, ensuring every patient feels supported and confident throughout their treatment journey."

I have expertise in the management of early and late stage breast cancer. In my private practice I provide patients with cancer tests, chemotherapy and genetic testing.

My PhD research was in the area of triple negative breast cancer and immunology. As morbidity and mortality lead for medical oncology at UHS, I contribute to continuous quality improvement and patient safety. I set up the mainstream genetics service at UHS, in order to integrate genetic testing into routine clinical care and improve outcomes for patients.
