I have over 15 years of experience in the fields of gastroenterology and hepatology. I have been employed as a Consultant at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals ever since I completed my specialist training in 2021.

I regularly see and manage patients with upper and lower GI disorders, such as nausea, vomiting, reflux, indigestion, constipation, diarrhoea, abdominal bloating and abnormal liver blood tests.

My fields of interest include management of patients with chronic gastrointestinal conditions including, inflammatory bowel disease, chronic liver diseases and fatty liver disease. I regularly perform diagnostic and therapeutic upper GI endoscopy (gastroscopy) and lower GI endoscopies (sigmoidoscopy and colonoscopy).

I have performed over 1,000 diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopies over the last four years, since becoming a consultant, in my NHS and private practice.

I am actively involved in research and education and am the current St Helier site Principal Investigator for the national Proactive study. I also provide regular educational and practical simulation skills sessions for doctors in training.

I am regularly invited to speak at educational events for GPs and doctors in training. In January 2025, I was a recipient of the SCOPE certificate, for obesity management, by the World Obesity Federation.
