Virtual consultations:
I am a Consultant Urological Surgeon with a specialist interest in minimally-invasive urology, laparoscopy, endourology, management of complex stone disease and urological cancers. I currently work in the Department of Urology at the Whittington Hospital in Archway, London and practice privately at Spire Bushey and Spire Harpenden.
My basic medical education (MBBS) and Masters in Surgery (MS) was completed in India providing me with varied surgical exposure. I went on to complete my urological training in the UK, where I obtained a Fellowship in the Treatment of Urological Stone Disease and Laparoscopy. During this time, I also achieved Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS Urol).
As a part of my MD (Doctor of Medicine) at the University of London, I led a globally recognised research trial that focused on the treatment of botulinum toxin in refractory overactive bladders. I am also on the international editorial board panel of 'Overactive Bladder Update', a Belgium-based journal that reviews the work presented at all the major urological conferences every year.
