I have extensive experience in managing various autoimmune conditions such as rheumatoidarthritis, psoriatic arthritis, inflammatory back pain, soft tissue rheumatism, connective tissue diseases, metabolic bone disorders, osteoporosis, muscle disorders, polymyalgia rheumatic, gout and osteoarthritis.
After having my membership in 2010, I started my rheumatology training in Liverpool and completed the final year of training in Leicester 2015. I also have specialist accreditation in general (internal) medicine. I took up my post as consultant rheumatologist at Derby Hospital in 2016 and moved to UHL in April 2018.
