I have worked as a Consultant Dermatologist for 25 years with a private practice at Spire Claremont Hospital. My special interest has been in skin surgery with an emphasis on skin cancer. I believe in the most appropriate management of the condition, using non-surgical techniques when suitable.
I was President of the British Society of Dermatological Surgeons for two years and represented them on the International Society for four years. I previously worked in both general medicine and paediatrics so bring a broad background to the diagnosis and management of skin disease.
I have publications in academic journals and have written four books on aspects of skin disease and its treatment.
