I qualified in 1992 and received oncology training with the Northern Deanery Training Scheme. I was appointed consultant clinical oncologist at Northern Centre for Cancer Care in December 2004.
At present I'm sub specialized in non-surgical oncology, treatments for breast cancer and complex radiotherapy techniques such as conformal and intensity modulated radiotherapy for breast cancer and soft tissue sarcomas in adults.
