• How do I update my personal details?

  To amend your details please select the pencil icon within the 'My details' section of your MySpire account and navigate to 'Manage'
  personal details'. From here you can amend accordingly and select confirm to save.

• How can I update/change my stored card details?

  You can view what card we have captured within the 'My
  details' area of your MySpire account. In order to change or update
  these details, please contact your hospital directly.

• How can I change my communication or marketing preferences

  You can amend your communication and
  marketing preferences within the 'My details' area of your MySpire account. Please select 'Manage' under communications preferences.

• I would like to change my email address

  You can change your email address within the 'My details'
  area of your MySpire account by selecting the 'manage' button.

• I want to change my password

  You can change your password within the 'My
  details' area of your MySpire account by selecting 'Manage'.
