I'm a Consultant Colorectal Surgeon at Spire Manchester Hospital.
After my medical degree in Leeds, I completed my training in the Manchester region. I became a Consultant in 2010 and worked at Trafford General Hospital, which later merged with Manchester Royal Infirmary. I still provide an outreach service of endoscopy and outpatients at Trafford and Altrincham hospitals to serve the local population but the majority of my time is spent at MRI.

Special clinical interests: endoscopy (colonoscopy; flexible sigmoidoscopy; OGD); colorectal cancer; coloproctology (rectal bleeding; itchy bottoms; altered bowel habit - diarrhoea and constipation; anal fissures; anal fistulae; anal warts; pilonidal sinus; inflammatory bowel disease surgery; pelvic floor dysfunction (rectocele; prolapse; obstructed defecation, faecal incontinence), open hernia repairs, lumps and bumps.
