I qualified from Leeds University Medical School in 1992 and trained in Yorkshire and Liverpool before taking up the post of Consultant Physician / Cardiologist at Mid-Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (MCHFT) in 2004. I have been the Divisional Clinical Director for the emergency care division at MCHFT. I have broad and extensive experience in Cardiology and I am the Cardiology lead for the cardiac CT service and obtained level II accreditation from the British Society of Cardiovascular Imaging in 2011. I have been elected a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians.
