Weight Loss Surgery Support Group

It’s not easy to make the decision to have weight loss surgery and it’s vital that you spend time researching the process and considering whether it is right for you.

Undertaking the surgery requires you to break the dietary habits of a lifetime and completely rethink your relationship with food. It can be an emotional roller-coaster at times, and it’s important that you put time into researching weight loss surgery and considering whether it is the right choice for you so that if you make the decision to go ahead, you can do so with certainty and confidence.

At Spire Manchester Hospital, we pride ourselves on our support for prospective weight loss patients, and the quality of our aftercare for all who have experienced this surgery. We would therefore like to invite you to join our support group.

The group meets regularly (bi-monthly) on a Tuesday evening from 7pm, we welcome anyone considering surgery or who have undergone weight loss surgery. Family and friends are also very welcome. Please drop in or contact the team.
