100% of private patients would recommend Spire Parkway Hospital

The latest patient satisfaction results carried out at Spire Parkway Hospital, shows that for four months running 100% of private patients questioned were extremely likely or likely to recommend the hospital to family and friends.

The survey, carried out by independent market research analysts, Howard Warwick Associates, looks at patient responses during the period April to July 2017.

Hospital Director Tony Yates said he was delighted with the latest results but insisted that there would be no complacency in the coming year.

“We are pleased with the way the trends are going, where we’ve had many categories hitting 100% during this period, including the quality of our food and the cleanliness of our hospital and rooms. Patient care and patient satisfaction is at the forefront of our day-to-day planning” he said.

Other key areas:

  • Asked how they would rate quality of service 99.7% ranked it excellent or very good and 99.2% said they were treated with dignity and respect.

  • Nurses also received high marks with 99.7% of patients describing the level of care and attention received as excellent or very good.
