Newly refurbished rooms and the creation of the Cheshire Orthopaedic Centre

24 July 2014

We are now well into our refurbishment programme and it has been very exciting to watch the build progress and see the transformation of our outpatient areas.

The development of the outpatient department takes place in two stages during the year. The first stage, which was completed in June, saw the creation of a new Cheshire Orthopaedic Centre, the refurbishment of the physiotherapy department and the formation of a new outpatient waiting area.

The new Cheshire Orthopaedic Centre is stylish and modern and provides direct rapid access to our expert orthopaedic consultants, state of the art clinical equipment, including MRI and CT scanning and excellent treatment from our specialist physiotherapists

The physiotherapy department has been given a fresh new look and the treatment rooms and gym will soon be decorated to provide patients with the best environment for a prompt recovery.

A new waiting area has also been created. With views over the garden the new area is stylish, spacious and above all will be a relaxing and comfortable area for our patients.

The second stage will commence shortly, our existing outpatient corridor will be upgraded and updated to complement the hospitals new look.
