Men can be notoriously bad at visiting the GP but we’re here to help with a range of treatments to help keep you healthy and enjoying the life you love. Many men have concerns about urinary and prostate health, pelvic pain or sexual function. Some may find these concerns difficult to discuss or find a visit to their doctor unsettling, which is why we offer direct access to expert advice and reassurance. We want to encourage men to take responsibility for their own health by providing an accessible and efficient service in comfortable and discrete surroundings. According to the Office of National Statistics, on average, men have a less healthy lifestyle, meaning they're more likely to die prematurely from some of the UK’s biggest killers – including cardiac heart disease and cancer. Prevention (or early diagnosis) is always better than cure. Prostate cancer is the seventh biggest killer of men in the UK (source: Office for National Statistics) yet a simple two minute test with a doctor can detect it early. We can also help you with less serious conditions affecting the prostate – such as surgery and laser surgery to remove a growth that makes men urinate more often as they age.
Spire Cheshire Hospital provides a wide range of expert advice and treatment to men of all ages. Whether you are suffering from urological problems or are concerned about your prostate, we're here to help. Health and well-being is at the top of most people’s priority lists, and at Spire Cheshire Hospital we can offer private patients a wide range of choices to ensure they get the treatment they need when they want it. Our services are available to everyone whether they have private medical insurance or not. If you are paying for your treatment we can offer fixed price all inclusive packages so that there are no surprises.
