I was referred to Mr Carrington after a long-standing, painful condition that had been affecting both of my knees and inhibiting my progress as a golfer was finally diagnosed as osteochondritis dissecans. Arthroscopic surgery on my left knee was followed 5 months later by an open procedure on my right knee. Now, nearly a year after the first operation I have been given the go-ahead to resume golf. Throughout the entire period, Mr Carrington and his team have been exceptional in their skill, care and communication. I was fully involved in the process at all stages and any doubts or queries I may have had were quickly resolved. Now my recovery is nearing completion, I am finally able to look forward to a pain-free golf season.
