At Spire GP we provide quick and easy access to private GP services - when you need it. There are a range of Spire doctors' appointment times available now for adults at Spire Bushey Diagnostic Centre.
Step 1
Is Spire GP right for you?
Spire GPs can help with a wide array of issues.
There are some services not offered by Spire GP. Please check what's included below before booking an appointment to avoid disappointment.
Step 2
Book an appointment
Once you are ready to book an appointment, view the dates and times available. You can now book same day appointments online. If you couldn’t find a suitable time, call us on 020 8003 8274 to check availability.
Follow up appointments are not available to book online but you can contact the hospitals directly to arrange these.
Step 3
Your Spire GP appointment
We'll send a health questionnaire to save time on the day.
You'll have a 30 minute appointment giving you plenty of time to discuss your concerns and symptoms without feeling rushed.
Please remember, Spire GP should not be seen as an alternative for emergency services. In the event of an emergency call 111 or 999 if you are within the United Kingdom.
In addition to the consultation with the GP, your appointment will also include where appropriate;
You will be provided with an outcome letter detailing all of this and a copy will be sent to your NHS GP.
Any further investigations which you may require during or after your appointment, such as blood tests, scans, ECGs etc are not included in the cost of your appointment. Before any such tests are completed the GP will discuss with you why they think these tests should be carried out and the costs associated with them.

Please note we cannot offer a service for medical emergencies. If you think you have a medical emergency phone your NHS GP, dial 111 or 999.
You will be greeted by our reception staff when you arrive for your Spire GP appointment. They will ask you to complete a health questionnaire before seeing your GP, if you have not already done this. Please allow time for this if necessary. In line with our patient terms, the reception staff will also ask you to provide card details to cover any additional costs of care.
