I am a Consultant ENT Surgeon with a subspecialist interest in rhinoplasty (nose reshaping surgery) and sinus surgery. I manage the full spectrum of complex sinonasal disorders and am fellowship trained in advanced rhinoplasty and sinus surgery. Within the NHS I work at the Royal National ENT and University College London Hospital – the UK's national centre for complex sinonasal and facial plastic disorders. I also have one of the largest snoring surgery practices in the NHS.
After completing my training, I secured the coveted Royal College of Surgeons of England advanced rhinology and facial plastic fellowship at Charing Cross and The Royal Brompton Hospitals – one of the only accredited fellowships dedicated to both complex rhinoplasty and advanced sinus surgery in Europe.
I was awarded the Dr Harold Edwards scholarship as the top-ranking candidate to read medicine at Imperial College London and have won numerous undergraduate and postgraduate prizes. My basic and higher surgical training was conducted in London at several centres of excellence including The Royal National ENT Hospital, Charing Cross Hospital and St Bartholomew's and The Royal London Hospitals. The bulk of my training was focused on nasal and facial plastic disorders under leading international experts.
I am also fully trained and certified in all aspects of general ENT and head and neck surgery. I have authored almost 40 peer-reviewed publications and several book chapters. As part of my ongoing research, I am currently looking at the interplay between functional nasal surgery, snoring and sleep disordered breathing.
Between 2018 and 2021 I was the inaugural president of the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery (EAFPS) Junior Members Board and am currently a full member of the British Society of Facial Plastic Surgery (BSFPS) and invited speaker to several national and international meetings.
