Ms Rachel Maccabee

I specialise in the management of hand and wrist conditions and work-related upper limb problems. I have extensive experience in the fields of hand burns, plastics, orthopaedics and rheumatology.

I use a variety of physiotherapy treatment techniques to optimise recovery, including acupuncture and the fabrication of bespoke hand splints.

I also have a diploma in sports massage therapy and am a qualified acupuncturist, incorporating both into my hand therapy treatment.

My practice also encompasses wound treatment, fine motor skill deficiencies, nerve disorders, overuse upper limb injuries, shoulder and elbow conditions and spinal rehabilitation (neck).
