I am a Consultant General and Colorectal Surgeon, with a specialist interest in minimal invasive surgery, specifically keyhole and robotic surgical techniques.
My clinical interests span a wide range of colorectal conditions, including Colorectal Cancer, benign bowel conditions such as Inflammatory Bowel and Diverticular disease, perianal conditions (haemorrhoids, fistulas, fissures) and hernias. Additionally, I am an accredited endoscopist.
I completed my medical degree at University College Hospital London. Following completion of speciality surgical training, I undertook a fellowship at St. Mark's Hospital London, gaining extensive experience in advanced colorectal cancer, intestinal failure, and inflammatory bowel disease. Further enhancing my skills, I completed a fellowship in advanced laparoscopic (keyhole) and robotic colorectal surgery at Frimley Park Hospital.
I have authored numerous publications and presented at national and international conferences. I hold a Masters degree in Surgical Sciences from University College London and an MD research degree from Imperial College London.
