Mr Lee was educated at Berkhamsted School and graduated from Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School in 1993. He undertook specialist orthopaedic training on the St Bartholomew's rotation, passing through the Royal London, Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Stanmore and Great Ormond Street Hospitals. He was awarded the FRCS (Orth) in 2004.
He has a subspeciality interest in the shoulder and upper limb and completed Fellowships in Shoulder Surgery at Columbia Presbyterian New York, and in Madrid, Spain. Mr Lee has been a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon to University College Hospital since 2007. His main interests are upper limb trauma, arthroscopic and open shoulder and elbow surgery, sports injuries and shoulder and elbow joint replacement.
Special Clinical Interests: Upper limb trauma, shoulder instability, arthritis, sports injury.

Mr Lee enjoys being with his family, travelling, world history and film. He is fluent in Spanish, and enjoys swimming, sailing and scuba diving.
