Mr Ali Kalan
In October 2002 Mr Kalan began work as a consultant ear nose and throat specialist with special interest in otology and endoscopic sinus surgery at North West London Hospitals NHS Trust. Mr Kalan qualified in medicine from Poona University, India in 1987. Upon arrival to the United Kingdom in 1990 he trained in East Anglia and London (Royal National Ear Nose and Throat Hospital, St Bartholomews Hospital and Whipps Cross Hospital).
Whilst he has a particular interest in ear disease and sino nasal problems, he is quite happy to see any patient with any ENT problems including Paediatric cases. He has done a year's research at London Chest Hospital on nasal patho physiological changes in patients on CPAP and is well versed with the management of snoring and sleep apnoea.
