Virtual consultations:
Since the early stage of my training as a junior doctor, I have received very positive feedback from my patients and colleagues for my bedside manner on several occasions. I am very polite and pleasant with very good caring, consulting and communication skills.
I'm an enthusiastic dermatologist with a desire for dermatology challenges. Before my training in dermatology I achieved precious experiences in tropical medicine including cutaneous leishmaniasis in a hyperendemic area.
My special interest in rare skin diseases and common conditions with unusual presentations has led to a number of publications in peer review journals and presentations at international conferences. Consequently I have been awarded from well-known dermatology societies such as British Association of Dermatologists and European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology. I am currently involved in a number of academic activities including reviewing the case report manuscripts submitted to British Medical Journals for publication.
My research interest is focused on patients suffering from under-reported debilitating conditions. For example, my recent study was on Hidradenitis Suppurativa, which is a under-recognised disease and significantly affects the social and personal life in more than one percent of the general population.
