Spire Cheshire Dermatologist shortlisted in the Excellence in Patient Care Awards 2018

The Royal College of Physicians (RCP) has announced the shortlist for the 2018 Excellence in Patient Care Awards. The awards were launched in 2015 to promote and reward the impressive work that physicians are doing around the world to improve patient care, through education, innovation, research and clinical practice.

Spire Cheshire Consultant Dermatologist, Professor Richard Warren and his team have been shortlisted in The Lancet research award category for outstanding research activity which contributes to excellent patient care. Professor Warren and his team have conducted research in optimising the use of methotrexate in clinical dermatology.

The winners will be announced on 29 May.
