I am a General Practitioner working and living in Cheshire with over 10 years experience. I am an approachable family doctor who wants to understand all of a patients problems, whether physical, mental or social. I am experienced in seeing all medical ailments, including but not limited to womens health, dermatology (skin complaints), musculoskeletal complaints (including backpain), mental health, abdominal pain, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and paediatrics.
I have a special interest in Dermatology, having completed a masters in practical dermatology through Cardiff University, along with interests in paediatrics and women’s health.
Working in the NHS, I understand many of the frustrations patients have and how this can impact on their wellbeing. I always strive to put patients concerns and needs first and treat them as would want my own family treated. At Spire we have quick access to investigations and direct referral to specialists giving peace of mind and reassurance that their problems will be dealt with promptly.
My consultations are 30 minutes long, allowing the time needed to gain a true understanding of any concerns, particularly if you feel these may have been previously overlooked. For more complex issues a 60 minute initial consultation is advisable as this will give time to go through previous investigations, treatments or medical reports, if you are able to bring these along.
