I have been a Consultant Rheumatologist for over 10 years now.

I provide a comprehensive Rheumatology service, including diagnosis, initiating therapy for inflammatory conditions, such as - inflammatory arthritis (rheumatoid, psoriatic), crystal arthritis (gout), and non inflammatory conditions such as osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia.

In my clinics, I take time to listen carefully and to explain diagnoses and treatment options clearly, so you feel informed and confident about your care. I treat a wide range of rheumatoid problems, including connective tissue disease, lumbar spine disorders, metabolic bone diseases, osteoporosis, paediatric rheumatology, rheumatoid arthritis, soft tissue rheumatism, sports and exercise medicine and sports injury.

I qualified at the University of Sheffield and completed further training in Merseyside, obtaining a Master of Philosophy degree at the University of Liverpool.

I currently work at Spire Cheshire Hospital and North Cheshire and Mersey NHS Foundation Trust and am the Clinical Lead in Rheumatology.

I am also the Education and Clinical Supervisor and Appraisal Officer at North Cheshire and Mersey NHS Foundation Trust.
