Spire Bushey Hospital staff celebrate 40 years of service

We are incredibly proud to celebrate two remarkable colleagues who are each marking an extraordinary 40-year milestone with Spire Healthcare (formerly BUPA Hospitals).

Julia Salmon began her career in 1986 as a newly qualified Registered Nurse and has since progressed from Staff Nurse to Hospital Director. Throughout her career, she has led service innovation across multiple sites, including the development of Day Care services and the expansion of Outpatient and Oncology services. Now back where it all began as Hospital Director of Spire Bushey Hospital, we are immensely grateful for her dedication, impact, and continued leadership.

We are also delighted to celebrate Sister Kim Terry, who marks 40 years of dedicated service at Spire Bushey Hospital. Kim began her nursing career as a newly qualified Registered Nurse and has remained a highly respected Senior Nurse with us ever since. Her commitment, expertise and focus on patient care continue to make a lasting impact on colleagues and patients alike.

A heartfelt thank you to both Julia and Kim for their exceptional dedication and impact over four decades. We are immensely proud to celebrate this incredible milestone with you both and wish you continued success with us.
