I am a consultant orthopaedic surgeon who specialises in shoulder and upper limb (including elbow, hand and wrist) surgery. I treat all aspects of the upper limb involving elective and degenerative conditions, sport injuries and trauma, including fractures.

I studied medicine at St Bartholomew’s Hospital Medical School, London. I also undertook a BSc in Clinical Sciences at St Mary’s Hospital, London (1995). I was appointed to the Stanmore Orthopaedic Training Programme in 2002. I undertook a fellowship at the internationally renowned Reading Shoulder Unit, where I developed my skills in arthroscopic shoulder and elbow surgery and also in shoulder arthroplasty. I became a consultant at the Whittington Hospital in 2008.

I am a member of the British Orthopaedic Association and the British Elbow and Shoulder Society. I am also a member of the British Orthopaedic Sports Trauma Arthroscopy Association.

I have published several scientific papers and book chapters. I have also presented at many national and international meetings. I have been a faculty member on various orthopaedic and shoulder courses and continue to be involved in undergraduate and post graduate teaching.
