I am a world expert and extremely experienced Vein Specialist. I set very high standards. I treat all aspects of vein issues using the latest and most effective keyhole methods offering a bespoke treatment plan for each individual patient rather than a generic franchise approach. I treat all types of varicose veins and complex recurrent varicose veins, spider and thread veins, swollen legs and leg ulcers.

I also have a special interest in the treatment and removal of deep vein thrombosis (known as a DVT) using the latest equipment, as well as treating pelvic congestion and its bespoke treatment.  I teach internationally on venous disease.

I have been pioneering local anaesthetic keyhole vein treatment since 2003. My friendly, caring and careful approach as well attention to detail results in a bespoke vein treatment for the simplest veins to the most complex vein problem. My philosophy is that I believe in simplicity and most importantly advising on the best technique and treatment plan to get the best possible long term and cosmetic results.

I also have experience in treating varicose vein problems in obese and overweight patients. I also treat veins in unusual areas such as hand and forearm veins. I am able to offer pioneer laser treatment for varicose veins including radio frequency ablation, Foam sclerotherapy and glue therapy and ClariVein treatment.

In addition to treating varicose veins, I am amongst the forefront leaders in the UK for the modern management of deep vein thrombosis DVT and treatment of swollen leg. This can be both in the emergency and chronic situation, which may require removal of the deep vein clot, stenting, or the use of clot dissolving drugs. I continue to develop modern pathways to restore swollen legs to normality.
