I am a consultant clinical oncologist at the Mount Vernon Cancer Centre and the East and North Herts NHS Trust hospitals. My interests are in the management of breast cancer, lung cancer and head and neck cancers.
I am able to advise on the treatment for unknown primary cancers and have an interest in both radiotherapy, including cyberknife, and chemotherapy.
I am active in clinical trial participation, am an investigator for a number for local studies and am an advisor to pharmaceutical companies on relevant cancer strategies. I am an advisor to the Health Care Commission and the cancer strategy for head and neck tumours.
I have advised BACUP, dedicated websites for cancer information and ethnic minority groups for cancer care information.
I have been recognised in the Tatler Doctor Guide 2013.

My two daughters have curbed extra curricular activity, but made home life exciting. I continue to write articles and am keen to get back to golf and juggling in the next few years!
