Dr Clements qualified from Westminster Hospital in 1976 and has worked for the National Health Service for over 40 years. He trained in London, Cambridge and Manchester and has had a very successful medical career in clinical, academic, teaching and research posts producing several scientific papers of international renown in the field of calcium and vitamin D metabolism. He is an experienced physician with triple accreditation in General Internal Medicine, Diabetes and Endocrinology, and Metabolic Medicine.
For people with Diabetes he provides a detailed consultation and review service with specialist nurse assistance. His medical interests cover the full range of Clinical Endocrinology for patients with thyroid, parathyroid, pituitary, adrenal and gonadal disorders including menopause, HRT, reproductive endocrinology, infertility, osteoporosis, obesity and abnormalities of cholesterol and lipid metabolism.
