I qualified with Honours from the University of Manchester after I completed basic surgical training. I underwent clinical radiology training at the well-renowned Nottingham University Hospitals, achieving sub-specialist recognition in Interventional Radiology.

Subsequently, I carried out sub-specialist fellowship training in uroradiology at St George’s Hospital and University College Hospital London, both specialist centres for urological oncology, andrology and stone disease. I gained invaluable multimodality experience in the entire spectrum of urological imaging and related intervention, particularly multiparametric prostate MRI, video urodynamics, PCNL and renal tumour ablation.

Treatments I offer also include image guided biopsy and drainage, portacath insertion, testicular vein embolisation, transrectal prostate biopsy, colposcopy, hysteroscopy, and laparoscopic surgery.

My clinical interests include gynaecological cancer, menorrhagia, menstrual disorders, post menopausal problems, abnormal bleeding, vulval disease, cancer screening and cancer risk reduction, gynaecological tumours and cancers, urological intervention, multiparametric prostate MRI, transrectal prostate ultrasound, video urodynamics, cystourethrography, urological ultrasound (renal, testicular, penile), contrast enhanced ultrasound, investigation of male factor infertility, varicocele embolisation, renal tumour ablation, vascular access and image-guided biopsy.

I have delivered numerous national and international presentations in urological/GI imaging and am the Head of Education for the British Society of Urogenital Radiology. My main clinical interests include urological and GI imaging, prostate MRI, contrast enhanced ultrasound and interventional radiology.

In my spare time, I enjoy playing cricket, travelling to adventurous places and most of all, just spending time with my wife and family.
