Professional profile

I am a General Consultant Cardiologist with speciality interest in devices and heart failure. I hold NHS clinics at King George Hospital, Essex and implants complex devices ICDs and biventricular pacemakers at Barts Hospital, London.

I graduated from United Medical and Dental School of Guy’s and St. Thomas’ Hospital, University of London in 1997. I was trained in Cardiology in London and the South East. I was appointed Consultant Cardiologist at King George ‘s Hospital in 2012 and I'm the Clinical Lead in Cardiac devices at the Trust. I became an Honorary Consultant at Barts Hospital, London in 2013. I successfully led service improvements in heart failure diagnosis and chest pain assessment at BHRUT and have written policies on improving patient care. I am involved in the regular training and education of junior doctors and have published widely in peer reviewed journals.
