Your consultations

One of our experienced cosmetic surgeons will be able to offer you an initial consultation within a few days of you contacting us.

Your initial appointments will take place in a private consultation room. We’ll:

  • Ask about your medical history
  • Explain any tests you’ll need before your surgery
  • Tell you about the procedure, anaesthetic, the different implant options, and any potential complications and risks
  • Suggest an alternative treatment such as a breast uplift, if we think it’s more appropriate for you
  • Explain the cooling-off period we offer to allow you time to give full consideration to this important decision
  • Give you a chance to ask any questions you have about your treatment and aftercare

You may also need to have a pre-operative assessment before the procedure.

Breast enlargement surgery: your procedure

Some people can go home on the same day as their procedure. Your surgeon will be able to advise you about this, as well as what to bring with you. You’ll have your own en-suite room if you need to stay overnight, which has:

  • Freeview TV
  • En-suite Bathroom
  • Walk-in shower
  • Armchair
  • Free WiFi
  • Complimentary toiletries
  • Robe and slippers
  • Nurse call system

When you arrive for your surgery, you’ll meet your anaesthetist and the surgical team. If you've come with a friend or family member, they're welcome to wait in our café while you have your operation.

Before your surgery, you’ll have a general anaesthetic meaning you’ll be asleep. During the procedure, which usually takes 60-90 minutes, the surgeon will make some cuts (incisions) in your breasts to insert the new implants.
