Professional profile

I qualified from India obtaining a post graduate degree in surgery and subsequently in paediatric surgery from the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh, India. In 2009, I moved to the UK and trained in Alder Hey Children's Hospital and Royal Manchester Children's Hospital. I specialised in Paediatric Urology and I have been a consultant since 2010. I am the lead clinician for functional and neuropathic urinary incontinence services.

I have a specific interest in genito-urinary reconstruction and laparoscopic surgery.

I am married and we have two children. I have a keen interest in yoga, dabbles in running and racquet sports and occasionally touches water with a life guard in attendance! I am also a keen cook who loves to experiment with food.
