“I would just like to say a big thank you to all the staff that supported my knee operation today, the service support and attention was exceptional and I felt very reassured throughout for my very first hospital procedure. I only saw Mr Pradhan last Monday for a first consultation, had an MRI scan last Tuesday and an outcome appointment with Mr Pradhan last Friday with the operation today. The cooperation and collaboration between Spire and BUPA was first class and would highly recommend both organisations.”

I first came to see you in February 2017 to see if it was possible to have lens replacement surgery. From the very beginning my consultant was very informative, explaining due to my poor eyesight +13 and small eyes this could be a very dangerous operation as there hadn't been many lens replacements in adults with eyes like mine.
