I am a General Practitioner with a passion for understanding my patients and providing holistic patient centred care. In addition to Spire, I am also a partner at an NHS GP practice in Lymm, as well as GP clinical lead for Maternity, Children and Young People services in Warrington. I have extensive experience as a private GP having worked as a digital GP, as well as a corporate Group Medical Director delivering a global wellbeing program to Times top 20 employer.

I have interests in lifestyle medicine and holistic wellbieng, helping patients improve their psychological, physical and nurtional health. I have extensive experience in all aspects of general practice due to my NHS practice including musculoskeletal medicine, mental health, childrens health and male health. I also hold a diploma from Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Womens Health and specialise in menopause. I can therefore help support patients navigate the healthcare system, whether this be for diagnosis and tretament of a minor illness, or onward referral to see the right specialist.

In my spare time I love to spend time walking with my wife, 2 young children and a very large mountain dog. I help coach my sons Rugby and Football teams and I love keeping physically and mentally fit through cycling, swimming and cross fit training, as well as trying to cook on occasion.
