Having an operation can be traumatic for the patient and family. I found that the high quality staff really took [off] the edge of discomfort of hip surgery. The stay in hospital was as pleasant, smooth and relaxing as possible, despite pain [being] involved. [The staff's] willingness to please and accomodate the individual needs of each patient can be a role model for other hospitals to follow. It seems that every staff member was hand-picked for their pleasant, charming manner. Catering staff went above and beyond the call of duty to accomodate inidvidual dietary requirements. Nobody should have to go through surgery but if you do, choose Spire. You'll be grateful you did. Guaranteed. As a wife and mother of a large family that had to be estranged for an indefinite amount of time, it brought them great comfort and security knowing I was in good hands.
